Q: Who is DSS?

Diversified Shafts Solutions engineers, researches, designs, develops, manufactures and distributes the highest quality CV Axles and Drive Shafts for the Aftermarket.

Q: What type of warranty does DSS have?

All DSS CV axle assemblies for road vehicles have a 3 year limited warranty. DSS CV Axles have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. DSS warrants our parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use, for 3 years from date of purchase or 36,000 miles which ever comes first. Defects or damages caused by the use of parts other than DSS parts are not covered by this warranty. DSS high performance ATV/UTV axles and Drive shaft assemblies have a 1 year limited warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use, for 1 year from date of purchase or 12,000 miles which ever comes first. Defects or damages caused by the use of parts other than DSS parts are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor or service company. DSS will not be responsible for labor charges, and/or damage occurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages.

Q: Do customers need to request registration?

Customer’s choice, it’s better to register for repeat order customers, you can sign up online or call DSS to set up an account.

Q: How many categories of production lines does DSS carry?

We carry Auto DriveLines including Regular and High Performance CV/ATV axles for both foreign and domestic Auto manufacturers, as well as Drive Shaft Assemblies.

Q: Where do the products ship from?

All orders are shipped from DSS Atlanta Warehouse.

Q: Does DSS provide on-site Installation?

Not at this time.

Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped based on the customers choice at checkout. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We (do not) ship outside of the USA.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

At this time, we (do not) ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
